  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 8 spring roll wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, peanut butter, honey, lime juice, and garlic for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill or pan-fry the chicken until fully cooked, then slice it.
  3. Prepare the spring roll wrappers according to package instructions.
  4. Assemble the bowls by placing the sliced chicken, carrots, cucumber, and cilantro in the spring roll wrappers.
  5. Serve with extra peanut sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • For added crunch, include chopped peanuts or crispy noodles.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey to taste.
