- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup tikka masala sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the tikka masala sauce until well coated.
