Chicken Tikka Masala Quesadilla

A delicious and unique fusion dish that combines the classic flavors of Chicken Tikka Masala with the convenience of a quesadilla.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup tikka masala sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken and tikka masala sauce.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
  3. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese on one half of the tortilla.
  4. Spoon half of the chicken mixture over the cheese and top with cilantro and jalapeños.
  5. Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Slice into wedges and serve hot.

  • Serve with yogurt or cooling sauce for extra flavor.
  • Adjust spices to taste if you prefer it milder or spicier.
