- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup tikka masala sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken and tikka masala sauce.
