Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the coffee, mixing until just combined.
