- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
