Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the sugars, eggs, milk, peanut butter, vegetable oil, and vanilla.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let them cool before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
