Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

  • 1 package cinnamon roll dough
  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the cinnamon roll dough in a greased pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cinnamon roll dough.
  5. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and drizzle melted butter on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
