Ingredients

  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 oranges, segmented
  • 1 grapefruit, segmented
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped kale, pomegranate seeds, orange segments, grapefruit segments, walnuts, and feta cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, and olive oil until well combined.
