- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup turkey bacon, diced
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add the onion and garlic to the pot and sauté until softened.
- Peel and dice the potatoes, then add them to the pot with the chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream and cooked turkey bacon and chicken ham.
- Mix in the cheddar cheese until melted, then season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese and bacon if desired.
