Cool Ranch Taco Crockpot Casserole

A delicious and easy-to-make casserole with a cool ranch twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain the fat.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and ranch dressing; mix well.
  3. In a crockpot, layer tortilla chips, meat mixture, black beans, corn, tomatoes, and cheese.
  4. Cook on low for 4 hours or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  5. Top with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • This casserole can be customized with your favorite toppings.
  • For a spicier version, add jalapeños.
