Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey until browned.
  3. Add diced turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  4. Mix in cream of mushroom soup, corn, potatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish, top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • For spicier dish, add jalapeños.
