- 1 loaf garlic bread
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Slice the garlic bread in half horizontally and scoop out some of the inside to make room for the filling.
- Stuff the shrimp mixture into the hollowed-out bread.
- Wrap the stuffed bread in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through and the bread is golden.
- Remove from the oven, unwrap, and slice into individual bombs.
