Crabby Shrimp Stuffed Garlic Bread Bombs

  • 1 loaf garlic bread
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Slice the garlic bread in half horizontally and scoop out some of the inside to make room for the filling.
  4. Stuff the shrimp mixture into the hollowed-out bread.
  5. Wrap the stuffed bread in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through and the bread is golden.
  7. Remove from the oven, unwrap, and slice into individual bombs.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some chopped herbs to the filling.
