- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
