  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add milk and sour cream, stirring until combined. Gradually add cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Combine the cheese sauce with the macaroni and turkey bacon in a large bowl.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
