  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in the mushrooms and continue to cook for a few minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the beef mixture, rice, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
