Creamy Broccoli Pasta – One Pot!

  • 2 cups chopped fresh broccoli
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté turkey bacon until crispy.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the pasta and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until the pasta is cooked, about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until creamy.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
