  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun spice mix
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté until onions are translucent.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Cajun spice mix. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Toss in the cooked fettuccine and stir until evenly coated.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

  • For a spicier kick, add additional Cajun spices.
  • Use cooked shrimp or sausage as a protein alternative.
