  • 1 pound gnocchi
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add cooked chicken and heat through.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and chicken broth until well combined.
  4. Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
  5. Bring to a simmer, then add gnocchi and cook until tender.
  6. Mix in spinach and cooked turkey bacon before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, you can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
