2 cups cooked rice
1 pound chicken breast, diced
1 cup cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice, diced chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add some herbs like parsley or thyme.
