  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté chicken until no longer pink.
  3. Add mushrooms and spinach to the skillet and continue to cook until vegetables are tender.
