Creamy Deviled Egg Dip

A rich and creamy dip that combines the classic flavors of deviled eggs with the savory addition of turkey bacon.

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the hard-boiled eggs with a fork until crumbly.
  2. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the eggs and mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon and chives.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with crackers or vegetables.

Notes
