- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large pot, boil the baby potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
