  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper; stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  7. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  8. Garnish with crumbled turkey bacon and chopped parsley before serving.
