- 2 cups orzo pasta
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil and add orzo. Cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.
