- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup wild rice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
