  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add seafood and cook until just opaque; stir in oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a baking dish, layer noodles, ricotta, seafood mixture, béchamel sauce, and mozzarella.
  6. Repeat layers, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
