  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, eggs, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add cooked spaghetti to the pan, remove from heat, and pour in the cream mixture while stirring quickly.
