  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 package cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and crumble, leaving the drippings in the pot.
  2. Add diced onions and garlic; sauté until translucent.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the ravioli and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, spinach, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with crumbled bacon and Parmesan cheese.
