  • 1 package egg roll wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded cabbage, carrots, ground pork, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
  3. Fold the bottom corner up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
