  • 1 cup cornmeal

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime (juiced)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Dip fish fillets in buttermilk, then coat in the flour mixture.
  3. Fry the fish in hot oil until golden brown.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a pan.
  5. Assemble tacos by placing fish on tortillas, topped with cabbage, cilantro, and drizzle with lime juice.
