4 cups stuffing mix
1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 cup chicken broth
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels.
In the same skillet, sauté the onion and celery until soft.
In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix, turkey bacon, sautéed onion and celery, parsley, chicken broth, eggs, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
