  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract and heavy whipping cream until well combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and bake for 60-70 minutes or until set.
  6. Cool the cheesecake, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle brown sugar on top and use a kitchen torch to caramelize.
