- 1 loaf brioche bread
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 4 slices chicken ham
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, and salt.
- Slice the brioche bread into thick slices and soak them in the mixture for 5 minutes on each side.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the soaked bread until golden brown on both sides.
- Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon in another pan until crispy.
- Plate the French toast, top with chicken ham, and sprinkle with extra sugar for caramelization.
- Using a kitchen torch, carefully brûlée the sugar on top of the toast until melted and crispy.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
