Crockpot Garlic Butter Steak and Creamy Cheddar Ranch Potatoes

Deliciously tender steak cooked in a garlic butter sauce, served with creamy cheddar ranch potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds sirloin steak
  • 1/2 cup garlic butter
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into chunks and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a crockpot, add the garlic butter and steak chunks. Cook on low for 6 hours.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix diced potatoes with ranch dressing mix and cheese.
  4. Add the potato mixture to the crockpot during the last hour of cooking.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
