An easy and delicious crustless quiche packed with turkey bacon and fresh veggies.

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the turkey bacon, spinach, bell peppers, onion, and cheese. Mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
