1 pound ground chicken
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix together the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Form the mixture into muffin shapes and place in a greased muffin tin.
