A delightful recipe for a spinach feta quiche with a twist of turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 1 pie crust
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté the spinach until wilted.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Stir in the spinach, feta, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  • Can be served warm or at room temperature.
