Double Chicken Fried Rice Plate

A delicious and comforting dish that combines two types of chicken with flavorsome fried rice.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken breast and ground chicken, cook until browned.
  3. Stir in garlic, ginger, and bell pepper, and sauté until tender.
  4. Push the mixture to one side, pour in the eggs and scramble until fully cooked.
  5. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and green onions, then mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
