- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

- In another bowl, mix the egg, milk, oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
