  • 200 grams Biscoff biscuits
  • 100 grams unsalted butter, melted
  • 400 grams cream cheese
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 200 milliliters heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons Biscoff spread

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Crush Biscoff biscuits and mix with melted butter to form the base.
  3. Press the mixture into a springform pan and chill.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Spread Biscoff spread over the biscuit base, then pour the cheesecake mixture on top.
  8. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
