Easy Biscoff Tiramisu

A delightful twist on the classic tiramisu using Biscoff cookies for an indulgent flavor.

Ingredients

  • 12 Biscoff cookies
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff spread
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, Biscoff spread, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Dip Biscoff cookies quickly in cooled coffee and layer in a serving dish.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
  6. Add another layer of dipped Biscoff cookies followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best flavor.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can sprinkle cocoa powder on top before serving.
  • Use decaf coffee if you’re sensitive to caffeine.
