8 ounces spaghetti
1 pound chicken breast, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and Cajun seasoning, cooking until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until melted and the sauce is smooth.
Add cooked spaghetti to the chicken and sauce, tossing to combine.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
You can add more Cajun seasoning for extra spice.
