  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine apple cider vinegar, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and black peppercorns.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the honey dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat and add the carrot sticks to the saucepan.
  4. Let cool to room temperature before transferring to a jar.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
