  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the apple cider vinegar, honey, red pepper flakes, garlic, and salt. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced carrots to the saucepan and stir to coat.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
  4. Transfer the carrots and liquid to a jar and let cool to room temperature.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
