Easy Mac and Cheese (20 Minutes + One Pot!)

Enjoy a creamy and indulgent mac and cheese that can be made in just 20 minutes using only one pot!

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the macaroni and water. Bring to a boil and cook for 8 minutes.
  2. Reduce heat and add cheese, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and butter.
  3. Stir constantly until cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicier mac and cheese, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
