  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Soak the sago pearls in water for about 30 minutes.
  2. In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil and add the soaked sago pearls.
  3. Cook the sago pearls until they turn translucent, about 15 minutes.
  4. Drain and rinse the cooked sago under cold water.
  5. In a blender, combine the mangoes and coconut milk until smooth.
  6. Mix the sugar with the coconut mango mixture until well combined.
  7. Fold the cooked sago into the mango coconut mixture.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
