Easy Moo Shu Chicken

A quick and delicious Moo Shu Chicken recipe perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 8 flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in garlic and mushrooms; cook until mushrooms are soft.
  4. Add coleslaw mix and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and hoisin sauce; stir to combine.
  6. Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
  7. Serve chicken mixture in tortillas, topped with green onions.
