Easy Pop Tarts with Nutella Ganache

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, chilled
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add chilled butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in cold water until dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough and cut into rectangles.
  6. Place a dollop of Nutella on half of the rectangles.
  7. In a small pot, heat heavy cream and vanilla until simmering.
  8. Pour the cream over the Nutella and mix until smooth.
  9. Top with another rectangle and seal the edges.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.

Notes

  • For a sweet glaze, mix powdered sugar with milk and drizzle over the cooled tarts.
