Easy Rice Paper Crab Rangoons Recipe: A Guilt-Free Snack Delight

A delicious and healthier take on traditional crab rangoons, using rice paper for a crispy texture without the guilt.

  • 8 sheets rice paper
  • 8 ounces crab meat
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak rice paper in warm water until soft.
  2. Mix crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, and parsley in a bowl.
  3. Place a spoonful of the mixture on each rice paper sheet and fold into a triangle.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the rangoons until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Drain on paper towels before serving.
