  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the patties until browned on both sides.
  4. Remove the patties and set aside.
  5. Add beef broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  6. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry.
  7. Add the slurry to the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens.
  8. Return the patties to the skillet and coat them in the gravy.
  9. Serve warm.
