Easy Scalloped Potatoes

A delicious and easy recipe for scalloped potatoes topped with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, diced
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Thinly slice the potatoes and layer half in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream, salt, pepper, and garlic, then pour over the potatoes.
  4. Add the turkey bacon and chicken ham on top, and layer the remaining potatoes.
  5. Pour the rest of the cream mixture over the top, then sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
