- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, diced
- 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Thinly slice the potatoes and layer half in a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the cream, salt, pepper, and garlic, then pour over the potatoes.
